Need a passport? No problem! We offer FREE passport applications to all Wanderlusters. Our team will assist you in preparing your documents, organizing your paperwork, and scheduling your appointment at St. Joesph's Post Office, making the process effortless and easy. Personalized journeys. Stress-free planning. Unforgettable experiences. Let’s get you travel-ready—passport and all! Need a passport for a child? No problem! We offer (2) complimentary passport assistance for children under 17. Any additional children will incur a fee of $10 per child up to 4. Atlas in Wanderland Travels does not issue passports. U.S. passports are issued by the Department of State to traveling U.S. citizens. The conditions under which you receive your passport are determined by the issuing authorities, who decide eligibility. If, for any reason, you are unable to obtain your passport, receive a denial, or have conflicting documents that interfere with the process, a refund will not be authorized. You must make an appointment at the post office or contact the Department of State directly at travel.state.gov/content/travel. Please be aware that no international travel can be booked, ticketed, or deposited without a valid passport. The fee comes with additional choices: **Passport Assistance** **Travel Visas** **TSA Pre-Check** **Trip Insurance** **Star ID** **International Driver License Assistance** **Policemen, Veterans, Fire Fighters, First Responders, and Teachers receive 20% off your travelview. Cancellation Policy
***Cancellation and Rescheduling*** The deadline for canceling a reservation is as follows: If payment has been made and the Client(s) is unable to make the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client(s) will receive (2) complimentary reschedules. Client(s) must submit appointment requests for rescheduling via email to info@atlasinwanderlandtravels.com within 7 days of the missed appointment to verify availability for the day(s) requested. Rescheduling can be done for a later date, however, no changes can be made to the original appointment. Please be aware that travel, document preparations, and research fees are non-refundable due to time spent preparing. The deadline for cancellation is 24 hours prior to your consultation. **Last-Minute Cancellations:** Research fees will not be reimbursed for last-minute cancellations. **No-Show:** In the event of a no-show without 24 hours prior notice from Client(s) or approved passengers, no refund shall be issued. In the event that you booked an appointment and your Travel Specialist is unavailable or cannot make it to your scheduled consultation, you will receive a full refund to your original form of payment and one complimentary reschedule depending on availability of the agent. Any chargebacks resulting from no-shows or cancellations without prior notice will be heavily disputed, and the agent-client relationship will be terminated. In cases of fortuitous events or acts of God, management will assess the situation and determine a course of action. If a reimbursement or discount is agreed upon, the amount will be returned within the specified time. Clients are responsible for all bank charges that may apply to the transaction.
