Before we arrange your flight, hotel, car rental, tour, cruise, or any other travel services, please read the following terms and conditions:

 

Please take the time to thoroughly review the terms and conditions set forth by Atlas In Wanderland Travels and AtlasInWanderlandTravels.com (hereinafter referred to as Atlas In Wanderland Travels). Before booking a consultation with Atlas In Wanderland Travels, and making payments or deposits to any vendors, the booking passenger confirms that they have been informed of, reviewed, and agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement applies to you and any family members or traveling companions you represent or make payments for.

 

Atlas In Wanderland Travels provides comprehensive retail travel services to customers, which independent vendors deliver of travel services. We do not operate, control, or directly provide the services of these independent travel vendors. Atlas In Wanderland Travels acts solely as a sales agent for airlines, hotels, car rental companies, ground operators, tour operators, cruise lines, attractions, and other travel suppliers offering goods or services for the passengers’ trips.

 

While we take pride in choosing top-quality suppliers, we assume no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity that may arise from: 

1. Any errors, wrongful acts, or negligence by the suppliers.

2. Any defects in or failures of vehicles, equipment, or other services provided by suppliers. 

3. Any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions by parties not controlled by us.

 

Suppliers reserve the right to modify their usual routes or itineraries without notice. Passengers acknowledge and agree that Atlas In Wanderland Travels is not responsible for any deviations, delays, cancellations, mandated overnight stays, missed connections, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

 

**Force Majeure**: "Force Majeure" refers to any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Atlas In Wanderland Travels, including but not limited to acts of God, explosions, floods, severe weather conditions, fire, war (declared or undeclared), acts of terrorism, riots, strikes, civil disturbances, government interventions, machinery or vehicle defects, delays, and other unforeseen events. Atlas In Wanderland Travels will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred due to suppliers being unable to fulfill their obligations as a result of such events.

 

Passengers understand that cruise lines, tour operators, and other suppliers have their own contracts that cover cancellation penalties and other terms. You may be bound by these contracts, regardless of whether you have received notice of their terms. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Passengers agree that Atlas In Wanderland Travels is not responsible for any errors or omissions in quotes or advertisements, including those on our website, that result in discrepancies in inventory, content, or pricing. Suppliers also reserve the right to not honor published prices that are deemed erroneous due to electronic, printing, or clerical errors.

 

You acknowledge this right and agree to indemnify Atlas In Wanderland Travels against any actions or damages that arise from supplier pricing issues.

 

While prices are not subject to increase after full payment is made, a price increase may still occur due to changes in transportation costs (e.g., fuel prices, scheduled airfares), government actions (e.g., VAT increases), or adverse currency exchange rate fluctuations. Passengers acknowledge and consent to any price increases that may occur post-purchase as outlined in this section.

 

**Booking Accuracy/Legal Names:** Passengers are required to immediately review all aspects of their booking to verify the following: passenger names, mailing address, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival and departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities as listed on your booking confirmation. Please notify Atlas In Wanderland Travels immediately if any omissions or corrections are needed regarding the booking details. Passengers voluntarily assume full and sole responsibility for any risks or costs involved in failing to report such errors or omissions. The name, date of birth, and gender on your passport or government-issued ID must exactly match the information listed on your airline tickets and booking records. Atlas In Wanderland Travels strongly recommends that you ensure your passport does not expire within six (6) months of your return travel date, as certain countries will not admit passengers with such passports. Non-U.S. citizens may require additional documentation, and children and infants also need all necessary travel documents.

 

Atlas In Wanderland Travels has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health and weather hazards, climate extremes, or the suitability of any tour for disabled persons at your travel destinations. For information concerning possible dangers at destinations, we recommend you contact the Travel Warnings Section of the U.S. State Department at (202) 647-5225 or www.travel.state.gov. For medical information, we suggest you contact the Centers for Disease Control at (800) CDC-INFO or www.cdc.gov/travel. You assume full responsibility for checking and verifying all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and civil unrest at your chosen destination(s). You hereby release Atlas In Wanderland Travels from all claims arising from any issues discussed in this paragraph and agree to submit any other claims against us within 30 days after your trip's return. You agree that all lawsuits related to this agreement shall be litigated in the courts of Horry County, SC, which will serve as the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or Atlas In Wanderland Travels. You hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

 

**Power of Attorney:** By engaging our services, you appoint Atlas In Wanderland Travels as your attorneys-in-fact for signing all documents necessary to purchase and issue airline tickets, tours, cruises, insurance, and hotel guarantees. You authorize the attorneys-in-fact to approve credit card charges for these purchases whenever they receive a booking request via online, by phone, or by email that they reasonably believe is from you or someone acting on your behalf. You agree to pay for all such purchases and will not hold us responsible for any actions taken under this power of attorney.

 

**Information on Website:** The content and images on this website, including downloadable files, are protected by copyright. You agree not to use or authorize the use of this information for any purpose other than personal use and not to engage in resale, redistribution, or commercial use of the information on this website. This website may contain third-party links included solely for your convenience and does not imply endorsement by Atlas In Wanderland Travels or our Suppliers. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and completeness of this information, Atlas In Wanderland Travels is not responsible for the accuracy of the information or the contents of linked websites.

 

**Electronic and Handwritten Signatures:** Both parties agree that you may acknowledge and accept these Terms in one of the following ways: (a) electronically; (b) by handwritten signature; (c) by any other electronic means, including, but not limited to, acknowledgment via email acceptance of these Terms; or (d) through your implied consent, which can be indicated by your actions, including, but not limited to, payment of the invoice or use of the services provided by Atlas In Wanderland Travels or any other travel supplier related to your booking. All these methods will be considered effective acknowledgment and execution of this Agreement, thereby binding both parties to its terms and conditions.

 

**Travel Insurance Protection:** We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. As your travel agent, we have a professional responsibility to suggest travel insurance to cover certain risks inherent to travel. This insurance protects against THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIER DEFAULT/BANKRUPTCY, DELAY, INTERRUPTION, CANCELLATION, MEDICAL EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION/EVACUATION & REPATRIATION, BAGGAGE & PERSONAL EFFECTS/LOST LUGGAGE & BAGGAGE DELAY, ILLNESS, ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISABILITY, TRAVEL ACCIDENT/SICKNESS MEDICAL EXPENSES, and more. Having proper insurance may protect you from financial loss in almost all circumstances. By declining appropriate travel insurance, passengers acknowledge and accept liability for any cancellation penalties, damages, or out-of-pocket expenses incurred.

 

If you decide to purchase travel insurance, we urge you to thoroughly read your policy’s confirmation of benefits. This information includes but is not limited to details on the extent of coverage and procedures for filing a claim. Please note that the travel insurance provider may be restricted by privacy laws (such as HIPAA) from discussing your claim with Atlas In Wanderland Travels. Passengers acknowledge and agree that Atlas In Wanderland Travels has no control over the travel insurance provider or its coverage decisions; therefore, Atlas In Wanderland Travels is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, policy coverage, claims processing, or claim denial. You will need to contact the insurance carrier directly for any inquiries.
